Dev S. Dhanoa, M.D.

Dr. Dhanoa’s clinical expertise and sharp eye for detail make him a valuable asset to the DataMetrix team. His medical career includes more than four decades of experience, beginning with his internship at Northeast Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency in general surgery at Hackensack Hospital in Hackensack, NJ and Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Dhanoa has spent the majority of his career with Kaiser Permanente in various departments of emergency medicine, and as the Associate Medical Director of Kaiser’s Clinical Review Department. He is a graduate of India’s D.A.V. College and Government Medical College.

Bryan Fong, M.D.

Dr. Fong, a highly respected member of the medical community, recently retired from his position as Staff Internist and Associate Physician-in-Chief for The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. He brings a wealth of knowledge to DataMetrix and is relied upon for his leadership and expertise. Dr. Fong received a B.S. in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of California at Berkley and a medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.

Daniel R. Lewis, M.D.

Dr. Lewis' impressive career includes almost four decades of practicing emergency medicine at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Walnut Creek, CA. During this time, he was heavily involved in the clinical review process. He also served as Kaiser Foundation’s Med-Legal Chief for approximately six years before moving on to the Department of Clinical Review for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical School in Portland, OR. After his internship at Hennepin County General Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, he spent two years as a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Bruce R. Locke, M.D.

Dr. Locke began his medical career at the University of Chicago Hospitals where he completed his surgical internship. He then completed his surgical residency at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Oakland, CA. While there he spent most of his medical career in several different roles, including Senior Physician, Assistant Physician-In-Chief, and Assistant Chief of Staff. Dr. Locke also served as the Medical Director of Health Plan Clinical Review for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan before joining DataMetrix in the same capacity. Dr. Locke earned a B.S. in Zoology and his medical degree from the University of Michigan.
