Medical Insurance

DataMetrix offers full medical coverage through Cigna to any active employee working 30 hours or more each week. DataMetrix pays 80 percent of the employee portion of the premium and 50 percent of the family member premium; employees’ contributions toward the premium are paid on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Insurance

DataMetrix offers dental insurance through Delta Dental to any active employee working 30 hours or more each week. DataMetrix pays 80 percent of the employee portion of the premium and 50 percent of the family member premium; employees’ contributions toward the premium are paid on a pre-tax basis.

Orthodontia benefits are for dependent children with a $1,500 max.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

DataMetrix helps employees save on taxes by providing a FSA benny card to be used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical/dependent expenses with pre-tax dollars up to $2,500 each year for medical expenses and $5,000 for dependent care.

Life Assistance Program (LAP)

The DataMetrix LAP offers counseling, information, and support to help manage common problems in your personal life and resolve personal challenges. The variety of services include, confidential counseling, legal and financial services, 24-hour toll-free access to crisis assistance, will preparation, and access to the Cigna Healthy Rewards Program. Cost is paid by DataMetrix.

Life Insurance

Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) is a guaranteed $25,000 of coverage to any active employee working 30 hours or more each week. The premium for this plan is entirely paid for by DataMetrix.

Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance is also available up to a maximum of $250,000. The first $100,000 of Voluntary Life is guaranteed issue. Dependent coverage is also available, up to $250,000 for spouses and $10,000 for children.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

This insurance plan covers missed wages due to an injury or sickness. The plan pays up to 60% of your weekly covered earnings – to a maximum of $1,500 per week. DataMetrix pays the premium for any active employee working 30 hours or more each week.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

This insurance plan covers missed wages due to a long-term injury or sickness. The plan pays up to 60% of your weekly covered earnings – to a maximum of $9,000 per month. The benefit will continue up to age 65. DataMetrix pays the premium for any active employee working 30 hours or more each week.

Retirement & Savings

DataMetrix 401(k) Plan

At DataMetrix, we offer an employer matched savings plan. DataMetrix will match 10% of your deferred amount with a cap of 1 percent of your annual salary. Employees who are age 21 or older can save a percentage of their pre-tax earnings toward retirement after completing 1 year of service. Once you become eligible, you can join the plan on the 1st of each month. The 401(k) Plan features a variety of investment choices and you are vested after 2 years of service.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

At DataMetrix, full-time employees accrue up to 16 days of paid time off per year for vacation, holidays, short-term illness, and personal responsibilities. This amount increases with length of service. Part-time employees accrue PTO on a pro-rated basis based on average hours worked.

Holiday Pay

DataMetrix offers holiday pay on eight declared legal holidays to both full-time and part-time employees.

Leave of Absence

DataMetrix understands there are times when an employee may need a leave of absence due to compelling personal circumstances. DataMetrix offers unpaid medical and personal leaves of absence.

Bereavement Leave

Paid bereavement leave is available to full-time or part-time employees who lose a family member. Time off is paid at the employee's base rate to attend the funeral of the family member.

Jury/Witness Duty

DataMetrix recognizes the importance of employees fulfilling their civic duty by serving on jury duty or giving court testimony when called. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive pay to attend to his/her civic duty.

Education Benefits

Education Benefits

The Educational Assistance Program offers up to $500 per year and three (3) days paid leave for seminars & conventions, certification and credentialing or licensing related to your particular position, professional goals and growth.

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate.
